A note from the President:

Welcome

We are the Longhorn LoWs of North Texas, a warm and friendly group who enjoy the life style of Singles that love to camp and travel as a group.

We are centrally located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with members from East and central Texas .We camp 12 months of the year within a 150 miles of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Members living in the Metroplex area occasional meet between campouts, for a night at the theater, movies, dinner or other group activities, if something exciting is happening. Sometimes it is only 2-3, but it is a “nice extra". Of course members from the outlying areas are always welcome.

We meet the third Thursday of each month, through Sunday.  Working members show up on Friday or early Saturday.  We encourage all members or guests to join anytime during the week-end, for the full week-end, part of the week-end or just one day.  You are always WELCOME.

The plans for a July/August Caravan didn't work out. Keep checking and we'll update this site as we go along.  Or come join us for the week-end.
